How do I place an order?

Click on the Jimmy Button shop and simply browse through our lovely range of unique and individual buntings. Once you’ve selected your favourite, add it to your cart. From there our simple check out process will take care of the rest.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you have placed an order and you’d like to cancel it or change it, you can do so if you contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll correct it for you.

Why is there a mark on my vintage bunting?

Our vintage buntings use reclaimed doillies that have had a wonderful life before they became beautiful bunting. Therefore some will have unavoidable old age marks or spots on them which only give them more character. We have many other brand new 100% cotton buntings to choose from should you wish to avoid the vintage marks.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to shop with us, we do not hold or store any information after the transaction has been completed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number, which will allow you to track your delivery.

How can I return a product?

Unfortunately, we do no accept change of mind returns. However, if you believe you’ve received the wrong order or it is not exactly what you expected, please email us at hello@jimmybutton.com and we’ll endeavour to resolve it.

Shipping

What shipping methods are available?

Each order is shipped via Australia Post 500g satchel registered post, which should take approximately 3-5 business days depending on where you live in Australia. Should you wish to have your order sent by express post (in most cases overnight), please contact me before placing your order.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we do ship Internationally to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, New Zealand and Europe for a fixed rate of AUD$20.00.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once we receive your order, we will send it within 48 hours via Australia Post registered post. Depending on where in Australia we are shipping to, it should take between 3-5 business days.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards Visa, Mastercard and American Express via the very safe and secure Stripe online payment system. We also accept payments through PayPal. Once you select PayPal > Place order, you will be directed to your PayPal account for payment.

What is your privacy policy?

We take your privacy very seriously. We will not disclose or sell any of your information to anyone at any time, ever!

Is buying online safe?

We have chosen the Stripe online payment system as it is the best software platform for running an internet business. However, as with any online transactions there is always an element of risk. Please use your own discretion.
